Returns and Exchanges

Need to return or exchange? We can help you!

  • We will accept returns within 21 days of the order delivered to you for a refund.
  • Please email us at customerservice@shoptrescool.com and provide your order number, in case you don't have it please provide your full name. We will provide you with your pre-paid label.
  • Package item at home, you can use the same package or any of your choice. Send package via USPS. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges, duties, taxes for international returns.
  • For international returns, please e-mail us at customerservice@shoptrescool.com with your order number.
  • Returned items must have not been worn, altered, washed, missing original tags.
  • All jewelry and accessories are final sale. 
  • If we receive an item and it has makeup on it, appears to have been worn, we will send the item back to you and you will not receive a refund. 
  • We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards. 
  • We offer free returns only on exchanges or store credit. 
  • Your return package will have a shipping fee deducted from the refund amount. (Domestic-USA shipments)
  • Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchange or store credit.
  • Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
  • Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
